Here's a list of answers to our most general frequently asked questions. More detailed FAQs are available for Pod Jewellery Making Workshops.

Pricing
All amounts displayed on this site are in $AUD - Australian Dollars.

All payments are processed in Australian dollars. Due to currency conversion, the amount billed to your credit card may slightly vary from the total amount shown at checkout.

GST
All prices listed on podjewellery.com.au are inclusive of 10% GST and all purchases delivered within Australia will incur the standard GST rates.

All international purchases are exempt from Australian taxes; however, they may incur taxes and duties applied by customs in the country where the order is delivered.

Ordering
Once you find a piece you’d like to buy and click ‘Add to Cart’. It's that simple. You can then purchase or continue shopping If you have any problems with ordering, please contact us and we will sort it out for you. 

I'm buying a gift certificate or tools, am I able to pick it up?
If you would like to collect any item, please select the pick-up option in the delivery method when checking out. You will then need to email or call Bec to arrange a time to collect your purchase. 

Payment
You can pay for your purchases via credit card, PayPal, Afterpay or direct bank deposit.

Gift wrapping
Physical gift certificates are packed in Pod Jewellery boxes and gift wrapped. 

Biodegradable packaging
At Pod Jewellery, we're always trying to reduce waste and recycle packaging. Our bubblewrap, packing peanuts and packing tape are all biodegradable. Where possible, we reuse cardboard boxes in our packaging. We also use compostable mailing satchels.
