Antique English 18ct Yellow Gold and Ruby Buckle Friendship Ring
Buckle rings were very popular during Victorian times. The buckle was a symbol of the binding love between the giver and the wearer. Buckle rings have also come to denote strength, loyalty and protection.
This 18ct yellow gold buckle ring was made in c1880 in Chester, England and features three lovely pink star set rubies. The largest oval ruby 0.40ct and the two smaller rubies weighing 0.10ct each.
