Matt Wooden Wax Ring Mandrel

These Matt wooden ring mandrels have been designed for working with hard and soft waxes. It supports and holds your piece in wax so you can use both hands for working on your piece. The wooden mandrel turns 360° allowing you to work on the whole outside of the ring. You can stop the mandrel from moving by placing some soft wax of Blu Tack between the mandrel and the metal stand.

Made from hardwood, the smooth highly polished surface is perfect for stone setting in wax, or any application where you need to be able to keep your piece in place without needing to hold it with your hands.

This mandrel can also be used with the Matt wax gun.
