Wedding Ring Making Terms and Conditions
Booking your day
A $200 deposit is required to book your workshop. Your workshop date can be held provisionally for one week until the deposit is paid.
How to pay
You can pay the deposit by credit card, PayPal, afterpay, Zippay or direct bank transfer.
When your silver/gold arrives, you will receive an invoice via email. This can also be paid online or via direct bank transfer. The silver/gold will need to be paid for within two weeks of it arriving.
If you cancel or postpone within eight weeks of your workshop you will forfeit your $200 deposit. The remainder will be refunded to you.
If you cancel the workshop after the metal has been ordered, payment for the metal will still be required. Metal is not-returnable to the bullion company as each piece is made to order and cut to the right length for you. If the order has not yet been processed, then no payment is required.
The full workshop fee and the cost of your gold (if it has been ordered) is not refundable if you cancel within four weeks of your workshop date.
If in the unlikely event your workshop is cancelled by Pod Jewellery due to unforeseen circumstances we will work with you to rearrange a mutually suitable alternative date.
In the event of illness we may be able to keep your date and arrange a stand in tutor. If this isn’t suitable, a full refund will be given. However, Pod Jewellery cannot be held liable for any associated costs such as accommodation and travel expenses.
Promotional material & social media
We will email you any photographs that are taken during the workshop. Photography and videos taken during your workshop may be used for promotional purposes and social media. We will discuss this with you and seek your permission before using any identifiable photos of you.
Our pricing is subject to change. The workshop prices listed on the date the deposit is paid will apply.
Pod Jewellery respects your privacy and will never sell, trade or distribute your personal information.
