I really enjoyed the lost wax workshop and would recommend it for anyone wanting to make something unique! You don't need any crazy sculpting skills, just some imagination for an interesting design. Bec is very knowledgeable, helpful and encouraging, making the process easier than I expected and fun...thanks Bec!

Bec as an artist is extremely talented at her craft. This passion that she has for her jewellery design is transferred to her teaching. I thoroughly enjoyed the lost wax ring carving workshop due to not only that passion that Bec brings to her teaching but also her abilty to transfer her knowledge to her students in a way that is encouraging and rewarding to the participant. I recently had the pleasure of attending the Silver Ring Making Workshop at POD Jewllery Kyneton. First of all, Bec was incredibly accommodating, going out of her way to make sure everybody was able to get the most out of the course. I have a background as a metal fabricator and it was clear that Bec not only had the skills to accommodate the more basic designs one would expect from a single day session, but was also able to tackle a more involved design with a ‘we can do that approach’, uncommon in this sort of setting. I was able to produce a unique gift, while picking up a lot of great skills and information along the way. Bec clearly puts the students first, even going as far as to email a list of tools used and where to get them, after the course. I cannot recommend attending a workshop at POD Jewllery Kyneton highly enough.

I attended the silver ring making class last week and enjoyed every minute. Bec teaches in such a way that success is guaranteed. She shares information so that if you wish you could go home and make more. I’ll certainly be returning for more lessons in the future!

The bezel setting workshop was fantastic. A great range of stones to choose from, along with Bec’s terrific teaching methods and really useful notes, made for a very successful outcome. The workshop is fabulously equipped and the low student-teacher ratio meant lots of attention and tailored help from Bec, who is a highly skilled artisan. I learnt new skills and further developed existing ones. I highly recommend this workshop.
