Shipping within Australia

We aim to ship your order within three to five business days. You will receive an email to let you know when your item has been posted. All orders are shipped via Australia Post and you should receive your item within two to five days of dispatch. However, sometimes shipping takes longer, so please allow up to seven days to receive your item. 

If you need your item sooner, please let us know when you place your order, and we will do our best to meet your deadline. Choosing Express Post does not guarantee your order will be packed any quicker, but it will be shipped via Express Post. If you would like your items sent by Express Post, please select the Express Post option when selecting shipping. 

International shipping

All parcels are shipped overseas using Australia Post Standard Parcel post. This means you will received a tracking number Shipping is calculated at the checkout.

Customs and duty fees may apply and are the responsibility of the buyer. Items delayed in customs in foreign countries are not the responsibility of Pod Jewellery. 

Shipping Protection

Shipping Protection covers items that are lost, damaged or stolen. It does not cover items delayed by international customs.
