Master alloys (also know as Composite Alloys) are identical to already fabricated alloy granules only they do not contain gold .

Master alloys are melted together with fine gold in order to produce an alloy of the carat and colour you require.

They most commonly used in casting but can be used for any type of melting or jewellery manufacturing application. Master alloys are sold in 10 gram lots.

• 9ct yellow gold alloy approximate melting t emperature 870 (celsius).
• 18ct yellow gold alloy approximate melting temperature 995 (celsius)
• 18ct red gold alloy approximate melting temperature 940 (celsius)
