Shipping within Australia

We aim to ship your order within three to five business days. You will receive an email to let you know when your item has been posted. All orders are shipped via Australia Post and you should receive your item within two to five days of dispatch. However, sometimes shipping takes longer, so please allow up to seven days to receive your item. 

If you need your item sooner, please let us know when you place your order, and we will do our best to meet your deadline. Choosing Express Post does not guarantee your order will be packed any quicker, but it will be shipped via Express Post. If you would like your item sent by Express Post, please select the Express Post option when selecting shipping. 

We are unable to take responsibility for lost or damaged goods.  

International shipping
All parcels are shipped overseas using Australia Post Standard Parcel post. This means you will receive a tracking number Shipping is calculated at the checkout.

Biodegradable packaging

At Pod Jewellery, we're always trying toreduce waste and recycle packaging. Our bubble wrap, packing peanuts and packing tape are all biodegradable. Where possible, we use recycled cardboard boxes in our packaging. We also use compostable mailing satchels. 

100% Carbon neutral shipping

Transportation used to ship orders burns fossil fuels and generates carbon emissions. Those emissions trap heat, leading to climate change. Pod Jewellery offsets the carbon dioxide (CO₂) emissions from every shipment.
