Exchanges & refunds
POD HANDMADE JEWELLERY
You can return almost any item purchased from the Pod Jewellery shop within 14 days of receiving it. Unfortunately due to health regulations, I can't accept returned earrings, so please choose carefully.
If you’re unhappy with your order for whatever reason, please contact me within three days of receiving your package to organise an exchange or store credit. Exchanges will still incur fees for shipping, Paypal and credit cards.
Refunds are issued on a case-by-base basis. You'll need to get in touch within three days of receiving your package if you'd like a refund. Gift certificates and custom orders are non-refundable. Items must be returned unworn and in original condition within 14 days of receipt for Australian customers and within 30 days for international customers.
If the item is faulty or not as described, I'm more than happy to provide a full refund, exchange or store credit.
Return shipping is the responsibility of the purchaser and postage cannot be refunded. I am unable to take responsibility for lost or damaged goods.
POD WORKSHOPS & COURSES
Cancellations and refunds
Places are limited to six students in all workshops and courses. A $100 deposit is payable on all workshops and courses. If you cancel less than 4 weeks prior to the start date of the workshop, your $100 deposit will not be refunded. If you're unable to attend, you can transfer your workshop booking to another person (for the same workshop dates only). If the workshop does not run and is cancelled by us, you will receive a full refund or can choose be transferred to another workshop. We do not offer fee reductions, refunds or make-up classes to students who miss classes.
There are no refunds for students cancelling within 72 hours of the start of the workshop.
POD ANTIQUE JEWELLERY
We want you to be totally happy with your purchase. If for any reason, you are unhappy with your piece of jewellery, please email firstname.lastname@example.org within two days of receiving your piece of jewellery. A $50 administration fee applies to all returns, which covers the cost of re-valuation.
Please post your return to Bec de Podolinsky, PO Box 638, Kyneton Vic 3444 within three days of speaking to me. Return shipping is the responsibility of the purchaser and postage cannot be refunded. Please ensure you insure the your piece when returning it by post, as I'm unable to take responsibility for items lost or damaged in the post.
