Micro-Flame Butane Torch for Soldering

We love this

top-quality Micro-Flame butane torch because it's so easy to use. The torch lights with the push of a button, so no need to lighters or a spark igniter.

For safety reasons, there's a safety lock that needs to be released before the button can be pushed to light the torch.

Hold the little silver button on the side of the torch for a few seconds and the torch will remain lit. This makes is so handy for soldering when you need the torch to remain lit for some time. Pressing the button at the back will turn off the flame.

The flame is also easy to adjust, making it perfect for soldering and annealing.  The torch sits in a square base to keep it stable when you're not using it.

It has a maximum temperature of 1343

°C (2450

°F) and has a 90 minute burn before you need to refill.

This torch will melt silver and gold on a charcoal block but isn't suitable for casting. If you need to cast metal, then you'll need the Smith Little Torch .

This torch is lightweight and compact. It's ideal if:

  • you're just starting out,
  • have a small work area,
  • don't like the idea of gas bottles in the house or
  • need to keep your torch safely away from children.

Your butane torch will arrive empty, as it can't be safely shipped with Butane Gas. The torch is very easy to fill from base of the torch. Please ensure the torch is always turned off when refilling.

This torch cannot be shipped via express post or shipped internationally.
