Steel Bench Block with Rubber Base

This square steel bench block sits inside a hard rubber base. The rubber base cushions the steel block and reduces noise. Turn the rubber base over and use when you need to move metal but don't want to mark your piece. 

We use rubber blocks with the Halder Dead Blow Mallet to shape pieces without marking them, such as when we need to straighten a piece of metal to measure the correct length for a ring.

This block is also ideal if you work in a small space because it's two tools in one.
