This mandrel came in a very substantial, thick plastic tube. It is a very good quality mandrel with clear measurement markings. It's the nicest mandrel I've owned thus far. I love everything I have ordered from Pod! Great products, value, price, and lightning fast shipping! Awesome customer service when I needed to add an item to my order prior to it shipping out!
