Most lost wax kits stop at carving tools and leave you without anything for after your piece comes back from the caster. This one doesn't. Alongside the wax carving tools, wax tube and wax pen you need to shape your model, it includes the file, saw frame, saw blades and finishing supplies you'll actually need to clean up and polish a cast piece once it's back in metal.

Quality matters more here than it looks like on paper. Cheaper files and saw frames are often lower grade, and they show it, files that rust and leave a rough finish, saw frames that don't hold blades securely, ring sizer blades that shave wax unevenly from inside the tube. This kit uses better versions of all three, a quality Italian file, a German-made saw frame, and a jumbo wax ring sizer with eight blades, so the tools hold up to regular use rather than fighting you on the bench.
