⏰ When is the Black Friday Sale period?
Our Black Friday Sale runs from 4pm on Thursday 13 November to Monday 24 November 2025, ending at 11:45 PM AEDT.
All discounts and offers are only valid during this time, and we’re unable to extend sale pricing outside the promotion period.
We know it can be disappointing to miss a sale, but as with most retailers, Black Friday is our biggest event of the year, so it’s worth keeping an eye out for next time! 💛
🚫 What items are excluded from the sale?
Gift cards, previously purchased items, metal, findings, jewellery classes and some consumables are excluded from the sale.
Discounts also can’t be combined with any other promotions, offers, or discount codes, unless specifically stated.
💰 How much can I save during the sale?
You’ll find discounts of up to 50% off on selected items.
Exact discount amounts may vary between product categories, simply check the individual product listings for specific details on each offer.
💸 Can I use a discount code during the sale?
During our sale period, discount codes can’t be combined with any other promotions or offers, unless specifically stated.
All prices are as marked and no additional discounts apply.
🛍️ Can I adjust my order after it’s been placed?
Please double-check your shipping address and items before completing checkout, as we can’t guarantee changes once your order has been placed. Unfortunately, we’re not responsible for incorrect addresses provided at checkout.
Pod Jewellery also reserves the right to cancel or modify orders if a promotional discount was applied in error or if the order violates our Terms & Conditions.
If any adjustment is required, you’ll be notified by email using the address provided at checkout.
❓ Is stock limited during the sale?
Yes, all products are subject to availability, and many sale items have limited stock.
Discounts are offered on a first-come, first-served basis, and once an item sells out, it won’t be restocked or available at the promotional price.
So if you see something you love, don’t wait too long once it’s gone, it’s gone! 💎
🎁 How can I claim a gift with purchase?
Your free gift will be automatically added to your cart once you’ve qualified - simply add your items to the cart, and you’ll see the eligible gift appear.
🎁 Can I add a gift after my order has been placed?
All gift offers and promotions are only valid during the specified promotional period and can’t be applied retrospectively.
If your free gift doesn’t appear in your cart or order confirmation, we’re unfortunately unable to add it once your order has been processed.
To make sure you don’t miss out, please double-check that your gifts are added at checkout before completing your purchase.
🎁 I didn’t receive my gift with purchase , can you send it to me?
Our gift with purchase offers are inventory-dependent and are automatically added to qualifying orders at checkout.
If a gift didn’t appear in your cart before completing your order, it means the gift stock had already run out.
Please check your cart carefully before checking out, as once an order is placed, we’re unable to add gifts retrospectively or offer rain-checks when gifts come back in stock.

💎 What happens if an item is out of stock?
We do our best to keep our online stock levels accurate, but occasionally an item may sell out before your order is packed.
If this happens, we’ll refund the out-of-stock item and ship the rest of your order straight away.
Every order is hand-checked and packed by our small team to make sure you still receive your items as quickly as possible. 💛
💬 I bought something before the sale, can I get a refund for the difference?
Sorry, we’re not able to offer rain-checks or price adjustments on past purchases.
🚚 Why am I not getting free shipping with my order?
During our sale period, free shipping isn’t available. Because prices are deeply discounted, we’ve temporarily removed the free shipping threshold so we can offer you the best possible deals across the store.
We appreciate your understanding — every order still receives the same careful, hand-packed service from our small team. 💛
🕒 How long will it take to receive my order during the Black Friday Sale?
During our Black Friday / Cyber Monday sale, order volumes are much higher than usual. Please note our temporary processing times below:
If your order includes items from multiple categories, it will be shipped once all items are ready so everything arrives together.
We’re a small team and every order is carefully hand-packed, so your patience means the world to us. 💛
If you need your order by a certain date, please let us know at checkout and we’ll do our best to help.
Please Note: Choosing Express Post ensures your parcel ships via Express once dispatched, but it does not shorten the packing time.
🕒 What if my order doesn't arrive on time?
Delivery ties may be affected by Australia Post during peak periods. We'll do our best to dispatch quickly but delays outside our control aren't refundable.
Do you refund shipping if couriers are late?
No, shipping fees aren't refunded for courier delays, as they are outside our control.
🔄 Can I return or exchange items purchased during the sale?
Yes, items purchased during our Black Friday Sale can be returned or exchanged within 30 days of receiving your order, as long as they’re in original condition. Clearance items can NOT be returned or exchanged unless faulty.
Who pays for return postage?
If the item is faulty, we cover it. For change of mind returns (within 30 days), you will need to pay for the cost of postage to return your item to us for an exchange or refund.
