Each set is carefully assembled with the exact tools you need, so items can’t be changed, substituted or removed.

Shipping and Returns

We usually ship orders within 3–5 business days, but we’ll always do our best to pack and send them sooner. You’ll receive an email with a tracking link as soon as your order is on its way. If you need your order quickly, let us know when you check out and we’ll do our best to meet your deadline.

Shipping Protection covers loss, damage, or theft during transit (but not delays caused by customs). International customers may be charged customs or duty fees, which are the buyer’s responsibility. We happily accept returns and exchanges within 30 days for most items in Australia and New Zealand. Exclusions apply, including consumables, final sale products, and other select items. Learn more about our returns policy here.

Sustainability

Eco-Friendly Packaging

We believe it’s our responsibility to help reduce waste, which is why we do our best to ensure our packaging is recyclable and biodegradable.

We are actively working with our manufacturers to help reduce the plastic packaging used in the products we buy. We’re trying our hardest to reduce, remove or reuse plastic. An exception is our A4 copper sheets, which are packaged in recycled zip lock bags, as we’re unable to source biodegradable zip lock bags in this size.

We try to reuse cardboard boxes, so your order might arrive in a box that has been used before. We also use new boxes made from recycled materials that we encourage you to use again.

Our packing tape, padded mailing satchels, packing peanuts and bubble wrap are biodegradable and compostable. Wherever possible, we use biodegradable zip lock bags.

100% Carbon neutral shipping

Transportation used to ship orders burns fossil fuels and generates carbon emissions. Those emissions trap heat, leading to climate change. Pod Jewellery offsets the carbon dioxide (CO2) emissions from every shipment.

All amounts displayed on this site are in $AUD - Australian Dollars.

All payments are processed in Australian dollars. Due to currency conversion, the amount billed to your credit card may slightly vary from the total amount shown at checkout.

GST

All prices listed on podjewellery.com.au are inclusive of 10% GST and all purchases delivered within Australia will incur the standard GST rates.

All international purchases are exempt from Australian taxes; however, they may incur taxes and duties applied by customs in the country where the order is delivered.
