Fine Silver 999 Plain Bezel Strip

This 0.4mm thick fine silver (999) bezel wire (also known as bezel strip) is custom made for Pod Jewellery. It's thin enough to be easier to bend over stones but still substantial enough to hold everything in place.

This bezel wire comes in four convenient heights 2mm, 3mm, 4mm and 5mm and is available in 50cm lengths. Our pack of four gives you all heights.

• We keep all four sizes in the workshop, so we have bezel wire on-hand to fit most stone sizes.
• If you are working with larger stones, you may need the 5mm high bezel.
• We use fine silver bezel wire because it’s much easier to bend over the stone than sterling silver. 
• We recommend annealing your bezel wire before use, so it bends more easily around your stone.

Please Note: One of our manufacturers has recently had issues when manufacturing the 2mm and 3mm high bezel wire and are now unable to produce wire at this height with a straight edge. Quality is so important to us, so we have sourced our 2mm and 3mm wire from another Australian manufacturer based in Queensland. This wire has a straight edge and is also also nice and soft, so it's lovely to bend over stones.
