Ceramic Jewellery Soldering Plate with 4 Feet

This ceramic soldering plate gives you a consistent surface to solder on. It has a highly heat-reflective ceramic that focuses heat on the your piece.Whether you're closing jump rings, soldering bezels or working with small metal components. 

The four feet raise the plate just off your bench to improve airflow underneath and support. Just remember, this does not prevent the heat from transferring to your bench, so if you're soldering over a wooden bench or any other combustible surface, make sure to put a fire brick or heat proof mat underneath. It's designed to withstand the high heat of a jeweller’s torch without cracking or breaking down.

When the board is completely cool, you can clean the surface with water, which is handy for removing flux residue.
