925 Recycled Sterling Silver Twist Rope Wire

This twist rope wire is another of our most popular patterned wires, and it's easy to see the appeal. The pattern spirals continuously along the length of the wire, giving it the look of hand-twisted rope without you needing to do any twisting yourself.

It's genuine 925 sterling silver, made entirely from recycled, non-mined sources, reclaimed jewellery, silverware, coins, other precious metals and even dental scrap, so the quality is the same as newly refined silver without the mining behind it.

The continuous rope texture makes it a natural fit for rings, hoop earrings and bangles, and it also works well as a decorative detail wrapped around the outside of a bezel setting. Because the twist repeats evenly, it's forgiving to work with even if you're cutting several pieces to match.

Being dead soft, it shapes easily by hand or with pliers, so you don't need to anneal it before you start.
