Wooden V-Slot Sawing Bench Pin with Clamp

A bench peg is the one piece of jewellery equipment you can't really do without once you start sawing and filing metal. It gives you a solid raised surface to work against, keeps your piece supported while you cut, and makes the whole process more controlled and less frustrating. This one clips onto any table or desk, so you don't need a dedicated jewellery workbench to use it properly.

The V-slot groove is the key feature. When you're using a jewellers saw or piercing saw to cut shapes or pierce designs, the V gives your blade somewhere to travel without your work shifting. You rest your metal over the slot, apply gentle downward pressure, and the bench peg does the work of holding everything steady.
