A-Z Ring Mandrel, ring sizer and Dead Blow Mallet Set

This set covers the three tools you'll reach for every time you work with rings: the mandrel for forming and sizing, the finger ring sizer for measuring your customers, and the Halder dead blow mallet to drive it all together. They're the same tools we use in the studio and they work as a natural trio.

The A-Z+6 ring mandrel is calibrated along its full length with clearly engraved size markings. That accuracy matters when you're forming a ring to a specific size or checking where a ring sits on the taper. The mandrel covers sizes A through to Z+6, which handles the full range of ring work.

The steel finger gauge ring sizer includes 58 rings in half-size increments from A to Z+6. This is the tool you hand to a customer when they want to know their ring size, and accuracy here is non-negotiable. Not all ring sizers on the market are properly calibrated, which is why we specifically sought out this one. If your sizer is off, your rings will be off too.

The Halder dead blow mallet brings it together. The nylon head won't mar your metal, and the steel shot inside concentrates each strike without rebound. We use this mallet in the studio every time we need to round a ring after soldering, and the nylon inserts are replaceable if they ever wear out.
